Legal Agreement — Effective for All xx9999 Users

xx9999 reserves the right to place your Account under review at any time, including suspending access to funds, if we have reasonable grounds to believe that account security has been compromised, that fraudulent activity is occurring, or that these Terms are being violated.
Know Your Customer (KYC) verification is a mandatory regulatory requirement that xx9999 applies to all accounts before any withdrawal is processed. KYC is also applied on a risk-based basis to accounts that exhibit unusual deposit or wagering patterns.

The minimum withdrawal amount on xx9999 is Rs 500. Withdrawals can only be processed to a payment method registered in the same name as the xx9999 Account. Withdrawal requests submitted to third-party accounts will be declined.
